自拟半夏瓜蒌汤治疗痰气郁结型稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Banxia Gualou Decoction in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris with Stagnation of Phlegm and Qi

目的探讨自拟半夏瓜蒌汤治疗痰气郁结型稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2018年12月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院沈本内二科就诊的80例痰气郁结型稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上使用自拟半夏瓜蒌汤治疗,通过中医证候评分对2组患者的临床有效率进行评价。结果试验组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论痰气郁结型稳定型心绞痛患者采取自拟半夏瓜蒌汤治疗,可以有效改善患者的中医症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-made Banxia Gualou decoction in treating stable angina pectoris with stagnation of phlegm and qi.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,80 cases of stable angina pectoris with stagnation of phlegm and qi patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional.Patients in the experimental group were given self-made Banxia Gualou decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effectiveness of two groups of patients was evaluated through the TCM symptom score.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Banxia Gualou decoction in treating stable angina pectoris with stagnation of phlegm and qi can effectively improve TCM symptoms and the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
