中医中药康复综合疗法治疗脑梗死后遗症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Comprehensive Therapy in Treating Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析脑梗死后遗症患者予以中医中药康复综合疗法后的治疗效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月治疗的脑梗死后遗症患者66例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各33例。其中对照组采用传统治疗法,观察组采用中医中药综合疗法,观察对比2组患者治疗效果和神经功能恢复情况及日常活动能力。结果 2组患者治疗前Barthel、NIHSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0. 05。治疗后,观察组Barthel、NIHSS评分改善情况均优于对照组,且观察组总有效率高于对照组,P <0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中医中药康复综合疗法对脑梗死后遗症患者治疗效果显著,促进神经功能恢复速度,改善日常活动能力,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods 66 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were selected from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation comprehensive therapy.The therapeutic effect,recovery of nerve function and daily activity were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in Barthel,NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of Barthel,NIHSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy for patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction is worth popularizing,which can promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the ability of daily activities.
