参芪养胃汤在老年胃癌姑息治疗中对患者生存时间及肿瘤标志物表达的影响

Effects of Shenqi Yangwei Decoction on Survival Time and Expression of Tumor Markers in Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer Palliative Treatment

目的观察自拟参芪养胃汤在老年胃癌晚期姑息性手术患者治疗中对患者生存时间、肿瘤标志物表达水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的98例老年胃癌晚期姑息性手术治疗患者,将入选患者平均分配入对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规术后化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟参芪养胃汤治疗; 6个化疗周期后,评估2组临床疗效,观察2组患者的血清肿瘤标志物表达水平;随访1年,统计2组患者无病情进展时间、总生存时间。结果观察组临床疗效总体水平优于对照组(P <0. 05);术后2组血清肿瘤标志物较术前改善(P <0. 05),且观察组均优于对照组(P <0. 05);随访1年,观察组患者PFS、OS均长于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论参芪养胃汤应用于老年胃癌姑息治疗中可促进患者姑息性手术术后恢复,降低各项血清肿瘤标志物表达水平,延长患者无病情生存时间与总生存时间。

Objective To observe the effect of self-designed Shenqi Yangwei decoction on survival time and expression level of tumor markers in elderly patients undergoing palliative surgery for advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients admitted to our hospital for palliative surgery for advanced gastric cancer between January 2015 and January 2017 were included in the study.The selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group on average.The control group received routine postoperative chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with the self-designed Shenqi Yangwei decoction on the basis of the control group.After 6 cycles of chemotherapy,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the expression level of serum tumor markers,immune function and nutritional status of the two groups were observed.The patients were followed up for one year,and the time of no disease progression and total survival were counted.Results The overall level of clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative serum tumor markers in the two groups were improved P<0.05.The observation group was better than the control group P<0.05.All patients in the observation group had longer PFS and OS than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion The application of Shenqi Yangwei decoction in the palliative treatment of elderly gastric cancer can promote the recovery of patients after palliative surgery,improve the immune function of patients and the nutritional status,reduce the expression level of various serum tumor markers,and extend the disease-free survival time and total survival time of patients.
