热奄包热熨足三里对妇科腹腔镜术后效果探究

Study on the Postoperative Effect of Reyanbao Hot Ironing Zusanli( ST36) on Gynecological Laparoscopy

目的探究热奄包热熨足三里在缓解妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀中的作用。方法选取80例符合国家诊断标准的妇科腹腔镜术后患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规腹腔镜术后护理;观察组则在传统治疗基础上新增子午流注热奄包热熨足三里穴,对比2组总有效率、术后恢复时间、生活质量、治疗满意度。结果观察组临床总有效率为90%,对照组临床总有效率为70%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者的肠蠕动恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间以及腹胀缓解时间指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者的躯体功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能以及总体健康指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗满意度为85%,对照组治疗满意度为65%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采取子午流注热奄包热熨足三里穴的方法能够有效促进腹腔镜术后肠蠕动恢复,缩短第1次肛门排气时间,有效缓解术后腹胀症状。

Objective To explore the role of Reyanbao hot ironing Zusanli(ST36)in relieving abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic postoperative patients who met the national diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine laparoscopic postoperative care.In the observation group,the Reyanbao hot ironing Zusanli acupoint was added on the basis of traditional treatment.Evaluation criteria were total efficiency,postoperative recovery time,quality of life,treatment satisfaction.Results The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 90%,and that of the control group was 70%(P<0.05).The indexes of return time of intestinal peristalsis,first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,first defecation time and abdominal distension and remission time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The body function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall health indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 85%,and that of the control group was 65%(P<0.05).Conclusion Reyanbao hot ironing Zusanli(ST36)can effectively promote postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery,shorten the first anal exhaust time and effectively relieve postoperative abdominal distension.
