摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗手足口病并发中枢神经系统感染的临床效果。方法选取宁都县人民医院2017年9月—2018年7月收治的84例手足口病并发中枢神经系统感染患儿,依照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各42例,对照组患儿采用西医治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对2组患者临床效果进行观察分析。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(97. 62%)明显高于对照组(73. 81%),P <0. 05;观察组临床指标显著优于对照组,P <0. 05;观察组治疗后的CRP(C反应蛋白)和IL-6(白介素-6)水平显著低于对照组,P <0. 05。结论手足口病并发中枢神经系统感染患儿采用中医、西医结合治疗,可缩短其各项临床症状改善时间,提高治疗效果,加快康复进程,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system infection.Method Eighty-four children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system infection admitted to Ningdu People’s Hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The curative effect was observed and analyzed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.81%),and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,C RP(C-reactive protein)and IL-6(interleukin-6)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system infection can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the treatment effect and speed up the rehabilitation process,which is worth popularizing.
