桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗痤疮伴月经不调临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Guizhi Fuling Pill in the Treatment of Acne with Irregular Menstruation

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗痤疮伴有月经不调的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月—2018年6月符合纳入标准的门诊患者分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组口服中药桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗,对照组口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)治疗。治疗3个周期后比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗痤疮伴有月经不调具有良好疗效。

To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill on acne with irregular menstruation.Methods From January 2017 to June2018,the outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The observation group was treated by oral administration of Guizhi Fuling pill,and the control group was given oral administration of cycloproprogesterone ethylestradiol(Diane-35).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after three cycles of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling pill has a good curative effect on acne with irregular menstruation.
