健脾止泻汤治疗小儿腹泻临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianpi Zhixie Decoction in Treating Infantile Diarrhea

目的研究分析健脾止泻汤在治疗小儿腹泻中的疗效和不良反应发生率。方法 2017年11月—2018年5月共收治小儿腹泻患儿100例,依照入院时间进行分组,观察组腹泻患儿应用健脾止泻汤治疗,对照组腹泻患儿口服酪酸羧菌二联活菌散与蒙脱石散治疗,比较2组疗效。结果 2组腹泻患儿的治疗有效率,腹痛、呕吐缓解时间,退热时间,排便正常时间,治疗疗程比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗期间出现轻微不良反应,均可自行缓解,治疗后无复发。对照组治疗期间出现4例不良反应(胃肠道反应,头疼),且治疗后有2例患儿复发。2组不良反应发生率、复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论小儿腹泻应用健脾止泻汤治疗,疗效确切,安全可靠。

To study and analyze the curative effect and adverse reaction rate of Jianpi Zhixie decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods From November 2017 to May 2018,100 children with diarrhea were treated in our hospital.According to the time of admission,the children with diarrhea were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Zhixie decoction,while the control group was treated with carboxylic butyrate combined viable powder and montmorillonite powder.The curative effect was compared.Result There were significant differences in the effective rate of treatment,abdominal pain,vomiting relief time,antipyretic time,normal defecation time and treatment course between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had slight adverse reactions during the treatment,which could be alleviated by itself.There was no recurrence in the observation group after treatment.The control group had 4 adverse reactions(gastrointestinal reactions,headaches)during the treatment period,and 2 children relapsed after treatment.There were significant differences in adverse reactions and recurrence rates between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zhixie decoction is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
