百灵调肝汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bailing Tiaogan Decoction in Infertility Due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征不孕应用百灵调肝汤的临床效果。方法选择收治的62例多囊卵巢综合征性不孕患者(2016年1月—2018年10月)进行前瞻性研究,分组方法为随机数字表法,患者随机划分为2组各31例,对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予百灵调肝汤治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、性激素指标、不良反应。结果总有效率分别为93. 55%(观察组)、74. 19%(对照组),观察组较对照组更高(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分相比于对照组均更低(P <0. 05),且观察组的LH、FSH均较对照组更低(P <0. 05),其E2较对照组更高(P <0. 05)。不良反应总发生率分别为0%(观察组)、3. 23%(对照组),组间比较无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论百灵调肝汤可切实缓解多囊卵巢综合征性不孕患者的临床症状,纠正其机体内性激素紊乱状况,有利于提高其临床疗效,且不良反应少,安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bailing Tiaogan decoction on infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods In our hospital,62 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(from January 2016 to October 2018)were selected as perspective study.The grouping method was the random number table method.Patients were randomly divided two groups.31 cases in the control group were given clomiphene,and the observation group of 31 cases was given Bailing Tiaogan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome integral,sex hormone,adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.55%and 74.19%respectively,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and E2 in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group was 0%and 3.23%respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bailing Tiaogan decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,correct the disorder of sexual hormones in the body,is conducive to improving its clinical efficacy,has less adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
