穴位埋线合补肾利湿活血汤对肥胖型PCOS体质量指数及性激素的影响

Effects of Acupoint Embedding Therapy Combined with Bushen Lishi Huoxue Decoction on BMI and Sex Hormones of Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨穴位埋线联合补肾利湿活血汤对肥胖型PCOS患者体质量指数(BMI)及性激素的影响。方法将肥胖型PCOS患者61例随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用穴位埋线合补肾利湿活血汤治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,2组均治疗3个月,观察2组患者治疗前后BMI及性激素水平的变化。结果 2组患者治疗后BMI均较治疗前降低,组内比较有显著性差异(P <0. 05),组间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后2组患者LH水平、LH/FSH比值均较治疗前明显降低,组内比较有显著性差异(P <0. 05),组间比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组可显著降低中医证候评分(P <0. 05),对照组则无显著性差异(P> 0. 05)。结论穴位埋线联合补肾利湿活血汤能有效减轻PCOS患者的体质量,降低LH、LH/FSH水平,改善内分泌环境,改善中医临床证候,具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint embedding therapy combined with Bushen Lishi Huoxue decoction on BMI and sex hormones of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 61 cases of PCOS patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with acupoint embedding therapy combined with Bushen Lishi Huoxue decoction,and the control group was treated with metformin.The two groups were treated for three months.Changes on BMI and sex hormone levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,BMI of the two groups were lower than before,and there were significant differences within the group(P<0.05).BMI of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).LH level and LH/FSH ratio of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and there were significant differences within the group(P<0.05).LH level and LH/FSH ratio of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group can significantly reduced the TCM symptom scores(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapy of acupoint embedding therapy with Bushen Lishi Huoxue decoction can effectively reduce the body weight of polycystic ovary syndrome patients,reduce the levels of LH,LH/FSH,improve the endocrine environment,and improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which has good clinical efficacy and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
