摘要
目的观察腹针治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选择2016年12月—2018年7月收治的42例肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者作为试验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方法;参照组(21例):选择西医方法展开治疗;研究组(21例):选择西医方法 +腹针方法展开治疗;对比治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(95. 24%)明显高于参照组(66. 67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者症状评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者在接受治疗期间,腹针方法的有效应用,对于患者治疗愈显率、总有效率以及症状评分改善,效果明显,最终促进肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者的早期康复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture on functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods Forty-two patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were enrolled in our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018.They were divided into groups to determine the treatment methods.The control group(21 cases)selected Western medicine.The study group(21 cases)adopted Western medicine and abdominal acupuncture method.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total effective rate(95.24%)of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(66.67%)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the effective application of abdominal acupuncture method has obvious effect on the cure rate,total efficiency and symptom score of patients,and finally promotes the early rehabilitation of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
