针刺加推拿治疗肩周炎26例

Acupuncture and Massage Therapy on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis for 26 Cases

目的研究探讨针刺+推拿疗法对肩周炎的治疗作用。方法选择收治的52例肩周炎患者(2017年1月—2018年9月)进行前瞻性研究,随机分为2组各26例,对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组实施针刺+推拿治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、症状评分、肩关节功能评分、生活质量评分。结果临床总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组的各项症状评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05),其肩关节功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论针刺+推拿治疗肩周炎,具有良好的临床疗效,可有效缓解肩周疼痛、肿胀等症状,有利于改善肩关节功能和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the adjuvant therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Fifty-two patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to our hospital(January 2017 to September 2018)were selected for prospective study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,shoulder joint function score,and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of shoulder joint function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has a good clinical effect,can effectively relieve the pain,swelling and other symptoms of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and is conducive to improving shoulder joint function and quality of life.
