捏脊疗法联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chiropractic Combined with Moxifloxacin in Treating Elderly Pneumonia

目的探讨捏脊疗法联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2018年5月确诊为老年肺炎的患者72例。按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组使用莫西沙星治疗,观察组联合使用莫西沙星和捏脊疗法治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d。观察2组的临床疗效,临床症状消退时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91. 67%,对照组为66. 67%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组的退热时间、咳嗽消退时间、肺啰音消退时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论捏脊疗法联合莫西沙星治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效更加显著且安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of chiropractic combined with moxifloxacin on elderly pneumonia(EP).Method According to a random number,72 patients with elderly pneumonia in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were divided into two groups.The moxifloxacin was used as the control group,and the combination of moxifloxacin and chiropractic therapy were used as the observation group.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and regression time of the two groups were observed and rate of adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate in the observation group and control group was 91.67%and 66.67%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,cough regression time and lung snoring time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of chiropractic combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of elderly pneumonia is more significant and safe,and it is worthy of clinical application.
