综合护理在术后呕吐和疼痛患者穴位埋针治疗中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Point Imbedding Needle Therapy in the Treatment of Postoperative Vomiting and Pain

目的探讨分析综合护理在治疗术后呕吐疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月收治的行穴位埋针治疗的术后呕吐、疼痛患者80例,采用数字表法将之均分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用综合护理,比较分析2组护理后的效果及满意率。结果护理后观察组总有效率为97. 50%,高于对照组的82. 50%(P <0. 05);护理前2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较无明显差异(P> 0. 05),护理后观察组评分明显低于对照组明(P <0. 05);护理后观察组护理满意率为100. 00%,高于对照组的85. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论临床在穴位埋针治疗术后病人呕吐、疼痛过程中实施综合护理能够有效提高治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,也能提高患者对护理的满意率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the Comprehensive nursing care of postoperative vomiting and pain patients with vomiting after acupuncture point imbedding needle therapy.Methods 80 cases of patients with postoperative vomiting and pain treated with acupuncture point imbedding needle therapy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups equally by digital table method.There were 40 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.The effect and satisfaction rate of two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The score of observation group of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after nursing(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the process of acupuncture point imbedding needle therapy for postoperative patients with vomiting can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain,also can improve the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing,and it is worth promoting.
