中医疗法护理在耳聋耳鸣中的应用

Application of the Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy on Patients with Deafness and Tinnitus

目的观察中医疗法护理在耳聋耳鸣护理中的应用效果及价值。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月收治的72例耳聋耳鸣患者,根据护理方法的差异,将所有患者随机平均分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医疗法护理。结果观察组与对照组生活质量比较有明显差异(P <0. 05)。观察组与对照组护理满意度差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论中医疗法护理可以改善患者的听力,提高患者的生活质量和对护理人员工作的满意度,具有突出的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the application effect and value of nursing of TCM therapy in the nursing of deafness and tinnitus.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,72 cases of deaf and tinnitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated by TCM therapy.Results There was a significant difference in the quality of life between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM therapy nursing can improve the patient’s hearing,quality of life and job satisfaction of nurses,and has prominent clinical application value.
