通痹熏洗汤熏蒸联合“三步三位九法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症225例

Tongbi Fumigation Decoction Combined with “Three Steps-Three Positions-Nine Methods” in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation for 225 Cases

目的探讨'三步三位九法'在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。方法将收治的450例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组225例。对照组采用通痹熏洗汤治疗,治疗组采用通痹熏洗汤熏蒸联合'三步三位九法'治疗;观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组患者的治疗总有效率分别为98. 22%、83. 11%,治疗组明显高于对照组,且2组差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用'三步三位九法'治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of'three steps-three positions-nine method'in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 450 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(n=225)and control group(n=225).The control group was treated with Tongbi fumigation decoction,the treatment group was treated with Tongbi fumigation decoction and'three steps-three positions-nine method'.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 98.22%and 83.11%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The'three steps-three positions-nine method'is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and has good application value.
