防己黄芪汤对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能及预后的影响

Effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction on Pulmonary Function and Prognosis of Patients after Pulmonary Lobectomy

目的探讨防己黄芪汤对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能及预后的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月行肺叶切除术的50例患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,对照组给予术后常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药防己黄芪汤。观察2组的肺功能及预后的改善情况。结果治疗组各肺功能指标高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组患者除社会功能外,躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能以及整体生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论防己黄芪汤有助于肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的恢复,提高患者的术后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Fangji Huangqi decoction on lung function and prognosis of patients after pulmonary lobectomy.Methods 50 patients who underwent lobectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,and each group had 25 cases.The control group was given routine treatment after operation.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine Fangji Huangqi decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The improvement condition of lung function and prognosis were observed in both groups.Results The pulmonary function indexes in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition to social functions,the body function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and overall quality of life in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fangji Huangqi decoction is helpful to the recovery of pulmonary function and improves the quality of life of patients after pulmonary lobectomy.
