补阳还五汤配合切开复位内固定术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Supination and External Rotation Ankle Fracture

目的探究补阳还五汤配合切开复位内固定术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的疗效。方法选取2016年7月—2018年7月收治的88例旋后外旋型踝关节骨折患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组给予切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后X线评分、骨折愈合时间及肿痛消失时间。结果对照组临床疗效优良率为75. 00%,观察组临床疗效优良率为90. 91%,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后骨折愈合X线评分与治疗前相比较高,观察组治疗后骨折愈合X线评分与对照组相比升高更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组骨折愈合时间及肿痛消失时间均缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在切开复位内固定术的基础上加用中药补阳还五汤治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折能够获得显著临床疗效,促进骨折愈合,缩短肿痛缓解时间。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of supination and external rotation ankle fracture.Methods Eighty-eight patients with supination and external rotation ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Each group had 44 cases.The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,X-ray score before and after treatment,fracture healing time and disappearance time of swelling and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical effective was 75.00%in the control group,and the excellent and good rate in the observation group was 90.91%.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing X-ray scores were higher in the two groups after treatment.The fracture healing X-ray scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fracture healing time and the time of swelling and pain disappeared in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of supinatoric external rotation ankle joint fracture with open reduction and internal fixation,the modified Buyang Huanwu decoction can achieve significant clinical effect,promote fracture healing and shorten the time of swelling and pain relief.
