中西医联合治疗小儿手足口病皮肤疱疹临床观察

Clinical Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Skin Herpes of Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的探讨中西医联合治疗小儿手足口病皮肤疱疹的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月收治住院的手足口病患儿100例,随机平均分为试验组和对照组各50例。2组均给予利巴韦林联合干扰素抗病毒针剂治疗,另外试验组给予中药金银花、连翘、蒲公英等煎剂取水外洗或药浴皮肤疱疹处。分别观察2组患儿住院期间每天的病情变化,选取第2天、第4天、第6天的体温、口腔疱疹疼痛变化及皮肤疱疹消退情况作为观察指标,对比2组患儿的治疗效果及住院治疗时间。结果与对照组相比,试验组手足口病的发热、皮肤疱疹等症状消退时间快,住院时间短,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中西医联合治疗小儿手足口病,能加快皮肤疱疹消退,提高治疗效果,缩短住院治疗时间,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on children’s handfoot-mouth disease skin herpes.Methods 100 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our department from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given western medicine ribavirin combined with interferon injection treatment.In addition,the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine honeysuckle,forsythia,dandelion and other decoction to take water or medicated bath skin herpes.Two groups of children were observed during the hospital daily changes in condition.The second day,the fourth day,the sixth day of body temperature,herpes zoster pain and skin herpes regression was selected as an indicator to compare the two groups of children with treatment and hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter.Results The hand-foot-mouth disease fever,skin herpes and other symptoms subsided fast,hospitalization time is short,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can speed up the skin herpes subsides,improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the hospital treatment time,and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
