摘要
目的探究中医辨证食疗方在老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取临汾市某院80例气阴两虚型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为2组,即对照组与观察组,每组均为40例,2组均予以常规的药物治疗,对照组结合饮食控制护理,观察组结合中医辨证食疗护理。对比2组患者经护理3个月后的血糖情况以及糖尿病生活质量(DMQLS)量表评分。结果护理后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白的水平均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组DMQLS量表的病情控制、生理、满意度得分均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医辨证食疗方可以显著改善老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的血糖情况,提高患者的生活质量,因此具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value of syndrome differentiation dietary recipes of traditional Chinese medicine in senile diabetic patients with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine drug therapy.The control group combined with diet control nursing,and the observation group combined with syndrome differentiation dietary recipes of traditional Chinese medicine Nursing.The blood glucose and(DMQLS)score of diabetes mellitus were compared between the two groups after 3 months of nursing.Results After nursing care,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose the level of glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of disease control,physiology and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome differentiation dietary recipes of traditional Chinese medicine in senile diabetic patients with deficiency of both qi and yin can significantly improve the blood sugar and quality of life,so it has the value of clinical popularization.
