中医护理联合中药熏洗在冠心病心绞痛中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with herbal Fumigation in the Treatment of angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探析中医护理与中药熏洗联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法选取收治的68例冠心病心绞痛患者作为此次研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将患者均分为参照组与研究组,参照组接受常规治疗,而研究组则接受中医护理联合中药熏洗治疗。观察2组治疗前后心绞痛情况,同时对2组疗效进行判定。结果治疗前,2组心绞痛发作次数及心绞痛持续时间较接近(P> 0. 05);治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作次数及心绞痛持续时间改善情况优于对照组,且研究组总有效率(94. 12%)优于参照组(67. 65%),以上组间数据存在显著差异(P <0. 05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中应用中医护理联合中药熏洗,有助于改善患者心绞痛发作情况,值得今后临床大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of combination of TCM nursing and herbal fumigation in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty-eight patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were divided into reference group and study group according to the method of random number grouping.The control group received routine treatment.The study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with herbal fumigation treatment.The angina pectoris was observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results Before treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the angina pectoris attack frequency and angina pectoris duration in the study group were similar(P>0.05).The effective rate of the study group(94.12%)was better than that of the control group(67.65%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is helpful to improve the attack of angina pectoris and is worthy of clinical application in the future.
