胃癌是我国高发的恶性肿瘤之一,发病机制仍不明确,严重影响我国人民的生命安全和生活质量。中医药在治疗胃癌时有着独特的效果,目前,在研究中药干预肿瘤细胞的凋亡与增殖、抑制肿瘤血管的生成、控制肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移、调控信号传导通路、逆转多药耐药性和调节免疫功能等方面取得不错的成绩。不足虽然存在,但这不影响中医药防治胃癌的广阔前景。

Gastric cancer is one of the high incidences of malignant tumors in China,and the pathogenesis is still not clear.Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer has a unique effect,at present,in the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor cell apoptosis and proliferation,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis,tumor cell invasion and metastasis in the control and regulation of signal transduction pathways,multidrug resistance and regulating immune function has achieved good results.Although the deficiency exists,it does not affect the research of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and control of gastric cancer has a broad prospect.
