对中医古籍知识的评价思考

Reflections on the Evaluation of Knowledge of Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医古籍中蕴含的医疗价值日益受到重视,为了使中医古籍知识能够更有条理化、有证据化的运用,需要对中医古籍知识进行评价。因为中医古籍知识具有独特性,不具备RCT特性,所以对其评价无法运用现代循证医学评价方法。为解决这一难题,我们初步设想构建一个由古籍、医家和知识构成的三维一体的评价体系。

Objective The medical value contained in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention.In order to make the knowledge of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine more systematically and evidentially applied,it is necessary to evaluate the knowledge of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.Because the knowledge of ancient books of TCM is unique and does not possess RCT characteristics,modern evidence-based medicine evaluation methods cannot be used to evaluate them.In order to solve this problem,we initially envisage the construction of a three-dimensional evaluation system consisting of ancient books,doctors and knowledge.
