独活寄生汤治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的观察独活寄生汤治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法选择收治的92例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(2016年8月—2018年1月)作为观察对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例,对照组予以常规西医保守治疗,研究组予以独活寄生汤治疗,对2组临床疗效、疼痛改善情况进行比较。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论独活寄生汤治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,加快康复速度,值得借鉴和大力推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 92 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital(from August 2016 to January 2018)were selected as the observation objects.According to the drawing method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The clinical effect and pain improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group after 1 month,3 months and 6 months were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.It can relieve pain and speed up recovery.
