五脏俞穴位埋线治疗纤维肌痛综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Catgut Embedding at Wuzangshu Acupoints in Treating Fibromyalgia Syndrome

目的观察五脏俞穴位埋线治疗纤维肌痛综合的临床疗效。方法将44例符合诊断的患者随机分成2组,治疗组采用五脏俞穴位埋线联合枝川液注射和走罐的方法;对照组采用枝川液注射联合走罐的方法。结果在压痛点数目减少方面,2组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);治疗后组间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0. 01)。治疗组治疗前后VAS评分和HAMD评分自身比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);对照组治疗前后HAMD评分自身比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后组间比较,VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。2组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗组愈显率为66. 7%,对照组愈显率为30. 0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论联合五脏俞穴位埋线法可更有效地改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding at Wuzangshu acupoints on fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods 44 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding at Wuzangshu acupoint combined with Zhichuan liquid injection and cupping.The control group was treated with Zhichuan liquid injection combined with cupping.Results In terms of reducing the number of tenderness points,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in VAS score and HAMD score before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in HAMD score before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.01),but no significant differences in VAS score(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%,and that of the control group was 30.0%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of catgut embedding at Wuzangshu acupoint can improve clinical symptoms and clinical effect more effectively.
