麻黄汤类方联合糖皮质激素对急性呼吸道感染患者炎症反应的影响

Effect of Mahuang Decoction Combined with Glucocorticoid on Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Acute Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨急性呼吸道感染患者采用麻黄汤类方联合糖皮质激素治疗对其炎症反应的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2018年10月就诊的急性呼吸道感染患者92例,根据随机数表法进行分组,各46例。对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采用麻黄汤类方联合糖皮质激素治疗,对比2组炎症反应及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组在治疗期间均无明显不良反应出现。结论麻黄汤类方联合糖皮质激素治疗可有效减轻急性呼吸道感染患者炎症反应,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Mahuang decoction combined with glucocorticoid on inflammatory reaction in patients with acute respiratory tract infection(ARI).Methods From August 2016 to October 2018,92 patients with acute respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with Mahuang decoction combined with glucocorticoid.The inflammatory reaction and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-6(IL-8)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Mahuang decoction combined with glucocorticoid can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction in patients with acute respiratory tract infection,and it has high security.
