中药熏洗联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Joint Cavity Injection in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨中药熏洗与玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年12月—2018年4月治疗的86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案的不同,分为对照组(玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,43例)与观察组(中药熏洗+玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,43例),比较2组炎症反应与膝关节功能。结果治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,各维度膝关节Lysholm评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者经中药熏洗与玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合治疗,可有效减轻功能障碍,缓解炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group of 43 cases(injection of sodium hyaluronate into articular cavity)and observation group of 43 cases(traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection).The inflammatory reaction and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of IL-6,TNF-αin the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The Lysholm score of knee joint of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate the dysfunction and inflammatory reaction.
