乌梅丸加味联合美沙拉嗪治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Wumei Pill and Mesalazine in the Treatment of Intermingled Cold and Heat Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨乌梅丸加味联合美沙拉嗪治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取40例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例,对照组患者采用美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组患者采用乌梅汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗,2个疗程后比较2组患者的治疗效果、症状积分等。结果治疗组治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。6个月后治疗组患者病情的复发率明显低于对照组。结论乌梅丸加味联合美沙拉嗪治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,能够改善临床症状,控制炎症,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wumei pill and mesalazine in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat ulcerative colitis.Methods 40 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mesalazine,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Wumei pill combined with mesalazine.After 2 courses of treatment,the therapeutic effects and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months,the recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Wumei pill and mesalazine in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat ulcerative colitis has a significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,control inflammation,and has a positive clinical significance.
