苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Suhuang Zhike Capsule on Patients with Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法选择146例接受咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗的患者,纳入时间为2016年9月—2017年9月,采用奇偶法将其分为试验组与参照组,每组均73例。其中参照组采用常规布地奈德治疗,试验组行苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,对比2组患者治疗前肺功能水平、症状改善时长及临床疗效。结果治疗前2组患者肺功能水平无差异(P> 0. 05)。与参照组相比,治疗后试验组肺活量、最大呼气峰流速、一秒用力呼气容积较高,试验组咳嗽、气喘、干湿啰音、咳痰等症状改善时长明显短于参照组,试验组咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效(93. 15%)优于参照组(80. 82%),差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘患者予苏黄止咳胶囊口服,可改善其肺功能,缩短其各项症状改善时长,应予以临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule on patients with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of146 patients who underwent cough variant asthma were enrolled in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017.They were divided into experimental group and control group by parity method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional budesonide,and the experimental group was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule.The lung function level,symptom improvement time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher lung capacity,maximum peak expiratory flow rate,and one second forced expiratory volume.The cough and asthma,the symptoms of dry,wet sputum,sputum and other symptoms of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group(93.15%)was higher than that of the control group(80.82%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule can improve lung function and shorten symptoms.It should be clinically promoted.
