自拟温阳散瘀足浴方治疗阳虚血瘀型糖尿病足临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Wenyang Sanyu Foot Bath in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot of Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的观察自拟温阳散瘀足浴方对阳虚血瘀型糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取本院120例符合纳入标准的阳虚血瘀证糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。其中对照组给予西药(降糖、降压降脂)常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上加用自拟温阳散瘀足浴方治疗。后统计对比2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、阳虚血瘀症状数量及临床症状评分。结果相较于治疗前2组患者的临床治疗总有效率均提高,而相比于对照组,治疗后治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率更高、阳虚血瘀症状数量更低(P <0. 05);临床症状评分相较于治疗前2组都有所降低,而治疗后治疗组临床症状评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论自拟温阳散瘀足浴方治疗阳虚血瘀型糖尿病足患者,可明显改善患者阳虚血瘀症状,提高患者生存质量,具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Wenyang Sanyu foot bath in the treatment of diabetic foot of yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 120 patients with diabetic foot with yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine(hypoglycemic,antihypertensive and lipid-lowering),and the treatment group was treated with self-made Wenyang Sanyu foot bath on the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the number of symptoms of yang deficiency and blood stasis and clinical symptom scores was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was more effective in clinical treatment and the number of symptoms of yang deficiency and blood stasis was lower(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores were lower than those in the two groups before treatment,and the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Wenyang Sanyu foot bath in the treatment of diabetic foot of yang deficiency and blood stasis can significantly improve the symptoms of yang deficiency and blood stasis and the quality of life of patients.It has good clinical efficacy and is worthy of popularization.
