中药结合艾灸治疗抗生素相关性腹泻临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Herbal Medicine and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea

目的探讨中药内服结合艾灸治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效。方法以80例抗生素相关性腹泻患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样方法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予附子理中汤加味结合艾灸神阙等穴位治疗,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后的各项中医证候评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗后总有效率为97. 50%,对照组为75. 00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在常规对症治疗基础上,给予中药内服结合艾灸能有效治疗抗生素相关性腹泻。

Objective To study the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine and moxibustion in the treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Fuzi Lizhong decoction and moxibustion at Shenque point.Then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 97.50%in the treatment group and 75.0%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,Chinese herbal medicine and moxibustion is effective in treating antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
