参苓白术散配合天灸治疗精神分裂症脾肾两虚型血脂异常随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study on Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with Tian Moxibustion in the Treatment of Abnormal Blood Lipid of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type in Schizophrenic Patients

目的观察参苓白术散配合天灸对精神分裂脾肾两虚型血脂异常的治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,2组患者在健康教育的宣教下进行低脂饮食及适量运动,对照组给予参苓白术散服用,并配以天灸贴敷穴位,观察组给予辛伐他汀口服,分别于治疗前和治疗后第八周抽血检测血脂变化。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为94. 4%,对照组总有效率为83. 3%,2组比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,2组患者胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均较前下降,血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较前升高,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论参苓白术散结合天灸对治疗老年精神分裂症患者的脾肾两虚型血脂异常有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Tian moxibustion on dyslipidemia of spleen and kidney deficiency type in schizophrenic patients.Methods The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were instructed to eat low-fat diet and exercise properly under the guidance of health education.The control group was given Shenling Baizhu powder,which was applied to acupoints by Tian moxibustion.The observation group was given simvastatin orally.Blood lipid changes were detected before and after treatment at the eighth week.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood lipid,serum cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),serum low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)of the two groups were all decreased,and theserum high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was higher than before.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Tian moxibustion is effective in treating the abnormal blood lipid of spleen and kidney deficiency type in schizophrenic patients.
