温针灸对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节运动功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Pain and Knee Joint Motor Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的探究膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)应用温针灸治疗的价值。方法选取2016年7月—2018年7月收治的82例KOA患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各41例。对照组予以关节腔玻璃酸钠注射治疗,观察组给予温针灸治疗。比较2组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)疼痛评分、美国特种外科医院(hospital for special surgery,HSS)关节评分。结果2组治疗后VAS评分均降低,HSS评分均提高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对KOA患者,予以温针灸治疗可减轻疼痛,加快膝关节运动功能的恢复。 Objective To observe the value of warm acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Eighty-two patients with KOA admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the hospital for special surgery(HSS)joint scores were compared.Results The VAS scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and the HSS scores were increased.The change of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with KOA,warm acupuncture treatment can relieve pain and accelerate the recovery of knee joint motor function.
