真武汤治疗心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhenwu Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的 探究真武汤治疗心力衰竭的临床效果,并分析其对患者心功能的影响。方法 选取2016年5月—2018年10月收治的心力衰竭患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予真武汤治疗。统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前后心功能的差异及对生活质量的影响。结果 治疗后观察组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为80. 00%、62. 00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组左室射血分数(LVEF)均升高,且观察组高于对照组;左室收缩期末容积(LVESV)、左室舒张期末容积(LVEDV)均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗后2组生活质量显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论 真武汤可有效缓解心力衰竭患者临床症状,改善心功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction on heart failure and analyze its effect on cardiac function.Methods 100 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Zhenwu decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was counted,and the difference of cardiac function between the two groups before and after treatment and its influence on quality of life were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 80.00%and 62.00%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased in both groups after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure.
