化痰定眩方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huatan Dingxuan Recipe in Treating Vertebrobasilar Artery with Insufficient Blood Supply

目的 探究化痰定眩方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组行西药常规治疗,治疗组减部分西药加用化痰定眩方治疗,2组均治疗14 d,利用相关量表进行疗效分析。结果 治疗14 d后治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,其治疗后眩晕等级评分(1. 81±1. 24)分明显优于对照组(3. 06±2. 79)分,具有显著统计学差异(P≤0. 01)。结论 加用化痰定眩方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕优于常规西药治疗,疗效显著且不易复发,适合在基层医院推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Huatan Dingxuan Recipe in Treating Vertebrobasilar artery with insufficient blood supply.Methods Patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group accepted conventional therapy of western medicine,while patients in the treatment group reduced some western medicine with Huatan Dingxuan recipe.Patients in both groups were cured for 14d,and relevant scale was used to analyze the curative effect.Results After curing 14d,clinical effect in the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.After treatment,the dizziness grade scoring was(1.81±1.24),which was obviously superior to the control group(3.06±2.79).There was the significant difference(P≤0.01).Conclusions Huatan Dingxuan recipe in Treating Vertebrobasilar artery with insufficient blood supplyis superior to the western medicine treatment.There is the significant curative effect and it is not easy to relapse,thus it is applicable to be popularized and used in primary hospitals.
