通补法穴位贴敷治疗肺癌咳喘(痰湿瘀阻型)临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongbu Acupoint Application in the Treatment of the Phlegm-dampness and Stasis Type Lung Cancer with Cough and Asthma

目的探讨通补法穴位贴敷治疗肺癌咳喘(痰湿瘀阻型)的疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2018年10月于肿瘤科住院的86例肺癌咳喘(痰湿瘀阻型)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药穴位贴敷。结果各症状比较:治疗后治疗组各症状改善与对照组比较有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。免疫功能比较:治疗后治疗组CD3+较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+较对照组显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。卡氏评分比较:治疗组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(t=-2. 673,P=0. 011 <0. 05),治疗后2组间差异具有统计学意义(t=1. 944,P=0. 049 <0. 05)。结论通补法穴位贴敷治疗肺癌咳喘(痰湿瘀阻型)能够缓解患者咳喘症状,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongbu acupoint application on cough and asthma the phlegm-dampness and stasis type of lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with lung cancer cough and asthma(phlegm-dampness-stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group who from March 2016 to March 2018.The control group was given routine symptomatic support treatment,while the treatment group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment.Result After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,CD3+,CD4+lymphocyte percentages,CD4+/CD8+ratio of the treatment group were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,KPS in treatment group was better than that in control group(t=1.944,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve cough and asthma symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer(phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type).Acupoint application has many advantages such as simplicity,economy and definite.
