加味理中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Lizhong Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy in Treating Peptic Ulcer of Spleen-stomach Deficiency and Cold Type

目的探讨加味理中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月—2018年3月接受治疗的60例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为2组,各30例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味理中汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、复发率。结果相较于对照组,观察组临床疗效较高,治疗后各中医证候评分、复发率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论加味理中汤联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡具有较好的应用效果,利于改善患者临床症状,降低疾病复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Lizhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type.Methods From September 2017 to March 2018,60 patients with peptic ulcer of spleenstomach deficiency and cold type were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with modified Lizhong decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher,and the scores of TCM symptoms and recurrence rates of the observation group were lower after treatment,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Lizhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy is effective in treating peptic ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence of disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
