清心解毒汤联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qingxin Jiedu Decoction Combined with Kangfuxin Solution in Treating Herpetic Stomatitis in Children

目的观察清心解毒汤联合康复新液治疗治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年11月—2018年9月收治的66例小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者作为试验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗药物;对照组(33例)采用康复新液进行治疗;观察组(33例)在对照组基础上采用清心解毒汤进行治疗;观察2组小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者的病症疗效、临床指标恢复时间、主要症状积分以及血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96. 97%)高于对照组(72. 73%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、疱疹愈合时间、饮食恢复时间以及咽痛流涎消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者疼痛症状、疱疹分布症状、发热症状以及咽部体征积分少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者CRP水平、TNF-α水平以及IL-10水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论小儿疱疹性口腔炎在接受治疗期间,采用清心解毒汤联合康复新液进行治疗,对于患儿体内炎症反应可以显著抑制,可以将临床症状有效缓解。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingxin Jiedu decoction combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of herpes simplex stomatitis in children.Methods Sixty-six children with herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to September 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into groups to determine the treatment drugs.The control group(33 cases)was treated with Kangfuxin solution.The observation group(33 cases)was treated with Qingxin Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,clinical index recovery time,main symptom score and serum inflammatory factor level of the children with herpetic stomatitis were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal temperature,the time of herpes healing,the recovery time of the diet and the disappearance time of the sore throat of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the pain symptoms,herpes distribution symptoms,fever symptoms and pharyngeal signs of children with herpetic stomatitis were less than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP level of children with herpetic stomatitis,the levels of TNF-αand IL-10 in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis with Qingxin Jiedu decoction,the inflammatory response in children can be significantly inhibited,and can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms.
