苏黄止咳汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Suhuang Zhike Decoction in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察苏黄止咳汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月—2015年2月就诊的100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组各50例,其中对照组予口服富马酸酮替芬片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予苏黄止咳汤加减治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者的中医证候疗效和症状、体征消失的时间以及住院时间,对比2组患者的复发率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率为78%,观察组为92%,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘憋、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗3个月后随访,对照组复发率为8%,观察组为2%,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组不良反应发生率为12%,观察组为4%,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论苏黄止咳汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可明显缓解症状,提高临床疗效,降低复发风险,且安全性能高,适宜临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Suhuang Zhike decoction in treating cough variant asthma.Methods 100 patients with cough variant asthma in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received ketotifen fumarate tablets orally,while the observation group received modified Suhuang Zhike decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks.Observation was made on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and symptoms,disappearing time of physical signs,and length of hospital stay of both groups.Comparison was made on recurrence rate and adverse reaction of both groups.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and observation group were 78%and 92%respectively.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough,expectoration,wheezes and length of hospital stay of the observation group were obviously lower than the ones of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,recurrence rate of control group and observation group were 8%and 2%respectively,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).And adverse reaction rate of control group and observation group were 12%and 4%,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike decoction can relieve symptoms,enhance clinical efficacy and lower the risk recurrence.It is safe and worth to be promoted clinically.
