目的总结王永宏教授治疗顽固性带下病的经验。方法通过跟随王永宏教授临诊与学习王永宏教授的医案,并结合古代医家的相关论述,从病因病机、辨证论治、用药特点等方面分析总结导师治疗带下病的学术观点和临床经验。结果王永宏教授治疗顽固性带下病多以'湿''瘀''虚'立论,认为'瘀能滞湿,湿能生瘀''无虚不生湿,无湿不作带''久病多瘀,久病必虚',湿、瘀、虚三者恶性循环,互为因果,治疗上以祛湿、活血、扶正为基本治疗原则,随证加减。结论王永宏教授治疗顽固性带下病设方平易,用药纯和,药中肯綮,如鼓应桴,值得进一步学习和推广。

Objective To summarize Professor Wang Yonghong’s experience in the treatment of intractable leukorrheal diseases.Methods By following Professor Wang Yonghong’s clinical practice and studying Professor Wang Yonghong’s medical cases,and combining with the related discussions of ancient doctors,the author analyzed and summarized his academic views and clinical experience in the treatment of leukorrheal diseases from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medication characteristics.Results Professor Wang deals with leukorrheal diseases from'wet','stasis'and'virtual'theory,thinks that'blood stasis can delay wet,wet begets stasis','without virtual not wet,wet does not make leukorrheal diseases','long illness more stasis,long illness will be empty',vicious circle,dampness,blood stasis,virtual three causal,treatment to remove dampness,invigorate the circulation,the centralizer as the basic therapeutic principles.Conclusion Professor Wang Yonghong’s prescription in the treatment of intractable leukorrheal diseases is simple,pure and effective,and is worthy of promotion.
