小续命汤加减辅治风痰阻络型中风临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Xiaoxueming Decoction in the Treatment of Stroke of Obstruction of Collateral Caused by Wind-phlegm

目的观察小续命汤加减辅治风痰阻络型中风的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年11月收治的78例风痰阻络型中风患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各39例。对照组为西药治疗,观察组联用小续命汤加减治疗。比较2组中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果观察组证候积分、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对风痰阻络型中风患者,应用小续命汤治疗可加快症状缓解,改善神经功能,对患者健康的恢复意义重大。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoxueming decoction in the treatment of stroke of obstruction of collateral caused by windphlegm.Methods A total of 78 patients with stroke of obstruction of collateral caused by wind-phlegm who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoxueming decoction.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores were compared.Results The scores of syndromes and NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stroke of obstruction of collateral caused by wind-phlegm,the application of Xiaoxue decoction can accelerate symptom relief and improve neurological function,which is of great significance for the recovery of patients’health.
