止嗽散加减治疗小儿支气管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Zhisou Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Bronchitis

目的系统性评估止嗽散加减对小儿支气管炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月抚顺市中医院儿科门诊及病房收治的支气管炎患儿60例,入组病例采取信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规西药抗感染、化痰止咳治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合止嗽散加减汤药内服治疗方案,观察2组患儿治疗前后咳嗽、气喘消失时间及中医证候积分变化情况。结果试验组咳嗽消失时间(3. 73±1. 21) d,气喘消失时间(4. 01±1. 57) d,中医证候积分(2. 21±1. 26)分;对照组:咳嗽消失时间(5. 37±2. 31) d,气喘消失时间(6. 22±2. 14) d,中医证候积分(5. 33±2. 01)分,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论止嗽散加减内服治疗可有效缓解支气管炎患儿肺部炎症状态,辛温解表、宣肺疏风、化痰止咳、益气扶正,缓解并消除咳嗽、咳痰、气喘等症状,提高机体抵抗力,降低复发率,临床效果优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhiqi powder in the treatment of infantile bronchitis.Methods Sixty children with bronchitis admitted to the pediatric outpatient department and ward of Fushun City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The enrollment cases were randomly grouped by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine for anti-infection,resolving phlegm and relieving cough.30 cases in the experimental group were treated with oral administration of Zhisou powder on the basis of the control group.The changes of cough and asthma disappearance time and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were observed.Results In the experimental group,the cough disappearance time was(3.73±1.21)days,the asthma disappearance time was(4.01±1.57)days,and the TCM syndrome score was(2.21±1.26).In the control group,the cough disappearance time was(5.37±2.31)days,the asthma disappearance time was(6.22±2.14)days,and the TCM syndrome score was(5.33±2.01).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and there had statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion oral administration of modified Zhisou powder can effectively alleviate the lung inflammation in children,relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs,preventing phlegm from forming and stopping coughing,relieve and eliminate cough,asthma and other symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
