通腑醒神汤对高血压脑出血微创术后神经功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Tongfu Xingshen Decoction on Neurological Function and Quality of Life after Minimally Invasive Operation for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨通腑醒神汤对高血压脑出血微创术后神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月行高血压脑出血微创术患者68例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,2组均为34例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组接受通腑醒神汤治疗,比较2组治疗效果、神经功能、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(88. 24%)较对照组(64. 71%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论通腑醒神汤可有效提高行高血压脑出血微创术患者的治疗效果,提升其神经功能,改善生活质量,利于预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongfu Xingshen decoction on neurologic function and quality of life after minimally invasive operation for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,68 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongfu Xingshen decoction.The therapeutic effect,neurological function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(88.24%)was higher than that of the control group(64.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The(NIHSS)score of post-treatment stroke scale in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongfu Xingshen decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,the neurological function,the quality of life and prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
