早期针刺联合高压氧治疗颅脑外伤临床观察 被引量:6

Clinical Observation on Early Acupuncture Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Craniocerebral Trauma

摘要 目的探讨颅脑外伤患者采取早期针刺联合高压氧综合治疗的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年6月接受治疗的96例颅脑外伤患者作为本次分析对象,通过随机抽签的办法对其进行分组,其中对照组和观察组各48例,对照组采取常规临床治疗,观察组采取早期针刺联合高压氧综合治疗,对2组患者的临床效果进行分析。结果观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),差异具有统计学意义;经过治疗后,观察组神经功能恢复和生活自理能力明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异具有统计学意义。结论采取早期针刺联合高压氧综合治疗颅脑外伤患者,疗效确切,有效促进患者神经功能恢复,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To probe into the application effects of early acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma.Methods 96 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma who treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the analysis objects in this study,and they were grouped by the random lottery methods,which the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each groups.The control group received routine clinical treatment,while the observation group was treated with early acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group.Then,the clinical effects were analyzed between two groups.Results The therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.After treatment,the neurological function recovery and self-care ability life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of early acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma are definite,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function of patients,thus it is worth promoting and applying in clinical medicine.
