乌椒通络汤熏洗护理膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wujiao Tongluo Decoction Fumigation and Washing in Nursing Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察乌椒通络汤熏洗护理膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—12月就诊的膝骨性关节炎患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组各35例。对照组采用口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊及塞来昔布胶囊干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用乌椒通络汤熏洗护理。2组均干预4周。结果观察组干预后总有效率为94. 29%,高于对照组的77. 14%(P <0. 05)。2组干预后关节疼痛、关节僵硬、功能活动评分及CRP、TNF-α较干预前均降低(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组干预后HA较干预前均升高(P <0. 05),且观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论乌椒通络汤熏洗护理膝骨性关节炎,能够减轻膝关节疼痛及僵硬程度,促进膝关节功能恢复,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Wujiao Tongluo decoction fumigation and washing in nursing knee osteoarthritis.Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral glucosamine sulfate capsule and celecoxib capsule.The observation group was treated with Wujiao Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the joint pain score,joint stiffness score,functional activity score,CRP and TNF-αwere lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HA levels were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wujiao Tongluo decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can reduce the pain and stiffness of the knee joint,promote the recovery of knee joint function and improve the clinical efficacy.
