中医药治疗慢性重型肝炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Severe Hepatitis

慢性重型肝炎(肝衰竭)是肝炎疾病发展至晚期所出现的一种危急重症,西医基础治疗其终末期手段有限。而中医在治疗慢性重型肝炎方面体现出了其独特的优势,笔者从运用中医治疗特别是中西医结合的治疗方式在初期治疗慢性重型肝炎(肝衰竭)的方面阐述了近年来的研究进展,并提出了今后中西结合治疗应用于临床的重点研究方向。

Chronic severe hepatitis(hepatic failure)is a kind of critical and severe disease that occurs in the late stage of the development of hepatitis.At the end of stage,it is limited by the basic treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating chronic severe hepatitis.The author elaborated the research progress in recent years from the aspect of using traditional Chinese medicine treatment,especially,the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in the early stage of chronic severe hepatitis(liver failure),and put forward the key research direction of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in clinical application in the future.
