手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Manual Reduction and Splint Fixation in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

目的探究手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法抽选2016年9月—2018年9月收治的桡骨远端骨折90例患者为研究对象,据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组行常规切开复位+小夹板固定治疗,研究组行手法复位后小夹板固定治疗,对比2组临床手术指标、疗效及并发症情况。结果研究组术后骨折愈合、疼痛消失、红肿消失时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组疗效比对照组更优(P <0. 05),且术后并发症更少(P <0. 05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折患者行手法复位小夹板固定治疗可有效提高患者术后康复速度,且并发症较少,具有较高安全性,临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of manual reduction and splint fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 90 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into 2 groups according to random number method.The control group underwent conventional open reduction and small splint fixation.The study group was treated with small splint fixation after manual reduction.The clinical indexes,curative effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing,pain disappearance,and redness disappeared in the study group(P<0.05).The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complications of the study group were less(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with distal radius fractures with manual reduction and splint fixation can effectively improve the postoperative recovery rate,has fewer complications and higher safety,and has significant clinical efficacy.It is worthy of promotion.
