滋阴止咳汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ziyin Zhike Decoction in Treating Chronic Cough in Children

目的探讨滋阴止咳汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年3月接受治疗的90例慢性咳嗽患儿,采用分层随机法分为对照组45例(西药常规治疗)与观察组45例(滋阴止咳汤治疗),比较2组血清Ig E水平、一秒用力呼气容积占肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)与治疗有效率指标。结果治疗后,观察组Ig E水平(0. 56±0. 06) mg/L低于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组FEV1/FVC(89. 46±4. 38)%、FVC(1. 39±0. 17) L、PEF(284. 59±42. 82) L/min、FEV1(1. 41±0. 26) L、治疗有效率(95. 56%)均高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论滋阴止咳汤可有效改善慢性咳嗽患儿预后,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ziyin Zhike decoction on chronic cough in children.Methods Ninety children with chronic cough from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(45 cases,routine treatment of western medicine)and observation group(45 cases,Ziyin Zhike decoction).Serum Ig E level,FEV1/FVC(one second forced expiratory volume to vital capacity ratio),FVC(forced vital capacity),PEF(maximum expiratory volume),FEV1 were compared between the two groups.And therapeutic efficiency was compared.Result At the end of treatment,the level of Ig E in the observation group(0.56±0.06)mg/L was lower than that in the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the levels of FEV1/FVC(89.46±4.38)%,FVC(1.39±0.17)L/min,PEF(284.59±42.82)L/min,FEV1(1.41±0.26)L and the effective rate of treatment(95.56%)were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Zhike decoction can effectively improve the prognosis of children with chronic cough,and it is worth popularizing.
