参术散联合恩替卡韦治疗脾虚型HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shenzhu Powder Combined with Entecavir in Treating Spleen Deficiency HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B

目的观察参术散联合恩替卡韦治疗脾虚型HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2018年5月证型属脾虚型HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,随机分为观察组(参术散联合恩替卡韦治疗)和对照组(恩替卡韦治疗)各30例,治疗48周后对比2组患者临床症状体征疗效、肝功能复常率、HBe Ag/HBe Ab血清转换率、HBV DNA转阴率和肝纤维化改善程度。结果观察组治疗48周后临床症状体征的疗效、肝功能复常率、HBe Ag/HBe Ab血清转换率、HBV DNA转阴率和肝纤维化改善程度均显著高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论参术散联合恩替卡韦治疗脾虚型HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状、体征,提高肝功能复常率、HBe Ag/HBe Ab血清转换率、HBV DNA转阴率和改善肝纤维化,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shenzhu powder combined with entecavir in the treatment of spleen-deficiency HBe Agpositive chronic hepatitis B.Methods Sixty patients with HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B with spleen-deficiency type from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as clinical observations.They were randomly divided into observation group(Shenzhu powder combined with entecavir treatment group)and control group(entecavir treatment group),with 30 cases in each group.After 48 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,liver function recovery rate,HBe Ag/HBe Ab seroconversion rate,HBV DNA conversion rate and liver fibrosis improvement degree were compared between the two groups.Results After 48 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,liver function recovery rate,HBe Ag/HBe Ab seroconversion rate,HBV DNA negative rate and liver fibrosis improvement in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenzhu powder combined with entecavir is effective in the treatment of spleen-deficiency HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B.It can effectively improve the clinical signs and symptoms,the liver function recovery rate,HBe Ag/HBe Ab seroconversion rate,HBV DNA negative rate and liver fiber.It has a high clinical application value.
