扶正消瘤汤对肺癌术后生活质量、抑郁情绪和免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction on Quality of Life and Depression as well as Immune Function in Lung Cancer Patients after Operation

摘要 目的分析肺癌患者术后给予扶正消瘤汤治疗对其生活质量、抑郁情绪、免疫功能的影响。方法采用随机分组法将114例行手术治疗的肺癌患者分为对照组、研究组,分别给予常规放疗、放疗联合扶正消瘤汤治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗后,研究组生活质量平均量表(SF-36评分)、免疫功能各项指标均优于对照组,且中医证候评分明显更低(P <0. 05)。结论在肺癌患者术后给予扶正消瘤汤治疗能够缓解患者抑郁情绪,增强免疫功能,提升生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction on quality of life,depression and immune function in lung cancer patients after operation.Methods 114 patients with lung cancer were divided into the control group and the study group by the random grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy,and the study group was treated with radiotherapy combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the average quality of life scale(SF-36 score)and various indexes of immune function of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction can relieve depression,enhance immune function and improve the quality of life in patients with lung cancer after operation.
