牡丹籽油治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床效果及对血脂水平的改善作用

The Clinical Effect of Peony Seed Oil in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Hyperlipidemia and Its Improvement on Blood Lipid Level

目的观察牡丹籽油对高血压合并高脂血症患者各项指标的影响。方法将2016年5月—2017年1月收治的110例高血压合并高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组口服辛伐他汀片和苯磺酸氨氯地平片,观察组口服牡丹籽油软胶囊和苯磺酸氨氯地平片,均连续用药30 d后检测2组患者的临床总有效率、血压、血脂及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为83. 64%、67. 27%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者SBP、DBP和TC、TG、LDL-C以及hs-CRP数值显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P <0. 01),2组患者HDL-C显著增加,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 01);2组患者在服用牡丹籽油的过程中及停药后随访过程中均无不良反应的发生。结论牡丹籽油联合西医基础用药对高血压合并高脂血症患者在临床疗效、血压、血脂以及hs-CRP水平方面具有较好的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effect of peony seed oil on the indexes of hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 110 hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given simvastatin tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets orally,while the observation group was given peony seed oil soft capsules and amlodipine besylate tablets orally.The clinical total effective rates,blood pressure,blood lipid and adverse reactions of the two groups were measured after 30 days of continuous administration.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 83.64%and 67.27%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the values of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the HDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the HDL-C in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01)There were no adverse reactions in the course of taking peony seed oil and follow-up after withdrawal of peony seed oil in both groups.Conclusion Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil combined with basic Western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy,blood pressure,blood lipids and hs-CRP level in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
